Associate Manager – Alliances
Location: Bangalore, India

Core Competencies: Alliance sales, ability to carry sales targets, partner account management, market research, customer engagement, CRM tools and SMB & large enterprise sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with existing Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Systems Integrators (SIs) & Value-Added Resellers (VARs) in promoting and selling Ecocloud solutions.
  • Successfully position the benefits of Collaborative Learning in an effort to acquire new customers, bring them on board, enable them, and make them productive.
  • Work closely with business unit leaders on the negotiation of pricing, terms and conditions and other key agreement components.
  • Consistently drive new opportunities and revenue through new and existing partnerships.
  • Collaborate with other sellers and solution engineers to deliver solutions accurately.
  • Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff.
  • Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing & potential customers in person and via calls, emails & Field visits.
  • Negotiating commercial terms to close sales.
  • Gathering market and customer information.
  • Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and conferences.
  • Understanding customer objections and addressing them.
  • Cross selling and Up-selling to new & existing customers.
  • Analyse customer buying trends and provide forecasts.
  • Ensure that the assigned sales targets are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 3+ years of experience in a consultative sales or business development role within the software industry.
  • Readiness to travel – 50% travel annually.

  • Prior experience in consultative sales or business development role within the software industry.

Associate Manager – Inside Sales
 

Location: Bangalore, India

Core Competencies: Inside sales, lead generation, lead nurturing & management, market research, customer engagement, CRM tools

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be able to create and maintain a pipeline of leads based on the target parameters set by the organisation.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify opportunities and map prospects, identify decision makers and effectively reach-out to them.
  • Cold call / email prospects identified via research or external sources and appropriately position Ecocloud offerings.
  • Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect communication and convert them into qualified leads.
  • Drive customer relationships through the funnel from prospect to qualified and deliver qualified opportunities to the sales team.

Requirements:

  • 0 – 3 years of inside sales experience in selling software solutions.
  • Experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.
  • Excellent verbal & presentation skills.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to make technical sales and learn new technology.

Good to have:

  • Prior experience in handling sales in large accounts through IS.
